What we collect
We collect personal information you provide directly: your name, email, date of birth, address, relationship details, and estate planning information (executor names, beneficiaries, medical wishes, etc.). We also collect technical data including your IP address and browser type for security purposes.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to prepare your estate planning documents and share them with DCM Lawyers for review and execution. We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell it to any third party.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored in Australia (Singapore region — closest available to Australia) using Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II certified platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Third parties
We share data with: DCM Lawyers (for document preparation), Supabase (database hosting), Anthropic (AI chat — message content only, no persistent storage by Anthropic), and Resend (email delivery). All partners are bound by data processing agreements.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can download all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data. For requests, contact us at info@dcmlawyers.com.
